A Serbian by descent, the late Luka Bailo was a Belgian national. Mr. Bailo had maintained many friendships during his lifetime. Plenty of those relationships were international due to the nature of his business ventures and interests. The late Luka Bailo was a skilled and smart entrepreneur. That was something that he was able to successfully impart to Alexis and Patrice, his two sons. Alexis and Patrice have both shown strong business acumen. Showing a strong affinity for value investing, Alexis and Patrice apparently inherited their strong thrust for long-term profitability and sustained business growth from their father. The Bailo brothers have been able to build a solid name for themselves in the European business circuit. Alexis and Patrice have recently ventured into at-home testing for the world’s most common and most deadly illnesses namely, cancers and STIs. The two hope that there the venture will expand to the testing of even more illnesses once the success of the industry is proved.

Luka Bailo married the late Viscountess Amicie de Spoelberch on February 9, 2001. The Viscountess was a member of Belgian nobility. She was heir to a family fortune spanning many generations. In today’s times, the de Spoelberch family has held stakes in the world’s largest brewery firm, Anheuser-Busch InBev. AB InBev owns and produces more than 400 beer brands, many of which are some of the best-loved brands in more than 50 countries. The illustrious de Spoelberch family is believed to hold the largest family shareholder stakes in AB InBev. The late Viscountess Amicie de Spoelberch officially adopted her husband’s sons, making them her legal heirs. The two have continued to attain numerous achievements as businessmen under the de Spoelberch name.
